Privacy Policy

This policy describes the website’s current technical implementation. It requires legal approval before public launch.

The site is designed to collect only the information needed to respond to an inquiry. Do not send passports, SINs, uploaded documents or detailed sensitive immigration records through the website form.

Information collected

The consultation form collects a name, email address, optional phone number, matter category, optional short question and acknowledgement. Basic security information such as IP address may be processed temporarily for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How information is used

Form information is used to deliver and respond to the inquiry, protect the form from abuse and maintain website security. It is not sent to advertising or email-marketing systems.

Email delivery and service providers

When configured, the server sends the inquiry through a transactional email provider using secret server-side credentials. Provider terms and data locations must be reviewed before activation.

Retention and access

A formal retention period and access procedure require approval. Until then, website logs should avoid message content and access to received inquiries should be limited to authorized recipients.
